I also did a compatability check and it show this:

UHP2 Host Compatability Checker
This tests many of the basic requirements for UHP2 to run on your system. It will test which version of the UHP2 scripts can be used, Ioncube or Legacy.

If any of these tests fail with a fatal warning, UHP2 will not run on your host
GD support                Pass -- UHP2 is able to resize images
Gzip support                Pass -- Gzip is enabled
Checking Ioncube Support
Decoding IonCube scripts                Pass -- UHP2 is able to decode IonCube scripts

Final Status Report:
Your PHP configuration check passed! UHP2 Should work OK

can someone tell me what could be my problem

when I upload a jpeg or gif I get this error, "Gallery S1: The uploaded file type is invalid". I went in the backend administrator but don't see where I set the types of files a person creating a gallery and upload. I see "Supported file types" for music and repository but not gallery. ON my php I show this:
GD Support    enabled
GD Version    bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
FreeType Support    enabled
FreeType Linkage    with freetype
FreeType Version    2.2.1
GIF Read Support    enabled
GIF Create Support    enabled
JPG Support    enabled
PNG Support    enabled
WBMP Support    enabled
XBM Support    enabled

What could be the problem?Huh I looked to find a similar problem but the link doesn't give an answer except to say set files to 600?Huh I tried that and I didn't work?

Hi,

unfortunately due to the major changes, removal of legacy mode etc, bringing uhp2 up to Joomla 1.6 and above will mean a complete rewrite.

I plan to do this but getting sufficient time has been a problem for me.

I will post an update here once I have something working, hopefully over the next few weeks.

Hi,

the date appears to have changed, that is why it is being flagged

Cheers

John

Will UHP2 (UHP3) be available for J1.7? As we move forward with our business we must rely on third party applications from time to time and UHP2 is one of them. With other components such as JomSocial out in the market there are some viable solutions but we like the simplicity of UHP2 and have purchased quite a few licenses. I would like some candid feedback regarding the future of this project so we can make our business decisions regarding the use of this product. PM or email if you feel that would be a better way to communicate as I would like to help this project move forward.  Sincerely!!

Okay I found all of the licensing information and it seems I can't transfer my license. But, since I blew my website away and reinstalled it, is there a way to get my license for the original website emailed to me

I deleted my website and did a reinstall by copying from another website that I have which also uses uhp2. Now both websites have the same uhp2 site license code, so I have delete the license from the copied website. So the question is, I have paid license from both website but since I blew my website away, the license code is now gone. How do I get that license back and in the future how do I move the license if I decide to create a different website and no longer want to use one of the two websites I have?

I have uhp2 1.6.1 on both websites.

hi
we've had jcheck running on cron at night for years

Recently its started saying this below, but the file concerned definately has not been changed Just this one file. Can you give a solution as to why its doing this every few days?

Also in desperation, I deleted the file and re-uploaded it, but it hasn't stopped jcheck nominating this file as date changed. File content has never been hacked by external interference.

jcheck typically says
Type          : file
Permissions   : -rw-r--r--

Hello,

I am trying to achieve something relatively straight forward.

I would like to make custom themes specific to a single user, without allowing other users to use the same theme. This is a paid service for our website, so allowing others to use the paid custom theme for free is not an option here.

Is there anyplace I could add some code that'd tell Savant2 to look for a custom theme in a folder under the userTheme folder / user_id. example:

/media/userThemes/62/style.css

Thank you very much,
